Mr. Marshall received his Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Muhlenberg College in 1981 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond, T.C. Williams School of Law in 1984. He was admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York in 1986, the District of New Jersey in 1986, the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York in 1991, and the United States Supreme Court in 2000. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and Debtor/Creditor Section. His legal activities have been focused on bankruptcy, commercial litigation, employment, business transactions, foreclosures, estate litigation, and corporate practice.
